From Disconnected Campaigns to a Seamless Conversion Funnel

A professional life coach trainer approached us to improve the performance of their paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. Despite running active campaigns, the results were underwhelming due to a critical disconnect between the ads and the landing page experience. Messaging, visuals, and brand communication were not aligned, creating confusion and limiting conversions.

The core challenge was to establish consistency across the entire funnel—from ad creatives to landing page experience—while ensuring that every touchpoint reinforced the same message and intent. Existing ad content, captions, and landing page elements lacked cohesion, which weakened trust and reduced the effectiveness of the campaigns.

We approached this by rebuilding the funnel with alignment and conversion at its core. Ad creatives and copy were refined to match the brand voice and directly reflect user intent. Captions and messaging were reworked to ensure consistency across platforms. On the landing page, we restructured the content using the PAS (Problem–Agitate–Solution) framework, making the messaging clearer, more persuasive, and emotionally engaging. Visual elements were enhanced to be more attractive and relevant, while the overall layout was streamlined to reduce friction and guide users smoothly toward action.

The final result was a cohesive and high-performing funnel where ads and landing page worked seamlessly together. This led to stronger user trust, improved engagement, and a noticeable increase in qualified leads and conversion rates. By aligning the entire user journey, the client was able to maximize the effectiveness of their ad spend and build a more scalable and reliable acquisition system.
